I asked the women at the counter for a rose gold ring. She showed me a display of gold rings and assured me 3x's that they were rose gold. To be honest, I thought I needed a stronger prescription because they did not look rose gold, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and selected one. When I got home I compared the ring to my other gold and rose gold jewelry. I was right, it was gold. Today I get an email to leave a review on my purchase of a 'gold ring.' Imagine my disbelief and frustration. The person at the counter was so dismissive of my feedback, and un-interested in helping me that she led me to purchase a gold ring, instead of what I really wanted which was ROSE GOLD. Please do better.
