First time client. Jess helped with reinserting a nostril piercing for me. Initially I had made an appointment for a new nostril piercing thinking my previous nostril piercing had closed. Jess inspected the previous piercing location and assured me a reinsertion is possible and the best part was the healing time would be reduced by half the time. Jess is wonderful! She communicates well, is gentle and observant in regards to her client's emotional state. I highly recommend Jess!!! Additionally, I love my jewelry very much, the piece gets complimented a lot.
