I recently had a visit and wanted to provide feedback. Overall, I am pleased with the service I received. However, I noticed a difference between Steve and the other technicians. Steve did not clean the area at all before inserting the new earring. Although I gave a tip as a reminder of my visit, the other technicians earned their tip for their cleanliness and friendliness. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.
