Alex was very helpful and pleasant when placing my ear piercings.
It would be nice to let us if we need to buy the ear backing separately. The clerk made me feel like the earrings that I have purchased comes with an ear backing. I didn mind coming back and purchasing. It would be a nice reminder for future patrons
